1. To generate a report of sailors without ESR Self Service accounts, the ship's NSIPS Access Manager must log into the server and access the ERM Security Administration menu. 2. In the Security Report panel, name the report and select the "No Self Serve" option only to list sailors who do not have ESR accounts. 3. Click run to process the report, which can then be viewed as a PDF file after refreshing until posted.

PROCEDURE
To run a report of sailors who do not have ESR Self Service accounts on your ship’s NSIPS/ESR/CIMS
server, complete these steps:
1. Log on to the server as the NSIPS Ship Access Manager (SAM). You must log in as the SAM to
access the report panel.
***VERY IMPORTANT, YOU HAVE TO BE LOGGED ON AS THE SAM***
2. Click on ERM Security Administration.
3. Click on ERM Security Administration
4. Click on Process
5. Click on Security Report - A panel pops up named Security Report.
6. The next panel that appears is the Run Contol ID Block. Name the report, in the Run Contol ID
Block, for example, “NoESR_SS” (No spaces allowed in the name)
7. Click Add New Value
8. Click Add
9. Click Pay & Personnel Offices (See screen shot below)
***IMPORTANT STEP!!!!! CHOOSE ONLY NO SELF SERVE***
10. At the bottom of the panel, check ONLY the "No Self Serve" block, and no other blocks. This will
give you a listing of the Sailors onboard your ship that do not have an ESR Self Service account on your
server. (See screen shot below)
11. Click Run
12. Click OK in the Process Scheduler Request Panel that appears. You will be back on the original
screen.
13. Click the blue hyperlink "Report Manager"
If the report is processed, click View. If it is not processed, click Refresh until the report is Posted to
View. Double click on the .pdf file. Click OK.
